This privacy policy explains how UAB „Brundis“ processes personal data you submit through the brundis.lt website.

What data we process and why

• Enquiry form: name, company, email, phone, message and attached file. We use them to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• CV form: name, phone, email, position, CV and message. We use them for recruitment based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer and follow up, and no longer than 12 months after the last correspondence if no contract is concluded. We keep CVs for 6 months or until you withdraw your consent.

Files

Files submitted through the forms are not stored on the website server: they are forwarded by email to the responsible employee and deleted from the server.

Recipients

• UAB „Interneto vizija“ – website and email hosting in Lithuania.
• Cloudflare, Inc. – form protection against automated submissions (Turnstile). Technical browser data is processed; data may be transferred outside the EU under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Form protection may use strictly necessary technical data only.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details provided. You may also lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
